Description: A major renovation to this existing space provided a facelift to showroom and offices with upgraded lighting & HVAC. Special considerations were made for showroom lighting and power requirements for displays and decorations. A full back-of-house update completed the project, with restroom upgrades and office modernization.
CRowne Pointe Theatre

Description: This theater complex consists of 9 theater rooms of varying sizes, lobby, concessions, party rooms, restrooms, offices and projector rooms. Special consideration was taken for projector heat exhaust and the necessary power for the audio and video equipment.
Ice House Event Venue & Lofts

Type: Adaptive Reuse
Description: Originally built as an ice storage warehouse, this building was converted into an event venue with luxury apartments and a rooftop garden. It is located along historic Whiskey Row in Louisville. The concrete, steel, and insulating cork of the existing structure provided excellent insulation, but also held challenges for routing utilities. A common boiler/cooling tower HVAC system was designed with flexibility to connect to geothermal in the future.

Description: Several locations for this tire and autocare company were designed, and each met the prototypical plans with the necessary adjustments for the site. The owner adjusted various features of the prototype as the buildings were used and improvements were incorporated to ensure the spaces performed best for the client.
