Description: Located in historic Distillery Commons, a former distillery warehouse and bottling plant, this adaptive reuse project incorporated existing architectural elements to provide an industrial look for the headquarters of Louisville Geek. The 5 levels of this building for the new office & meeting space included a new elevator shaft, a shell tenant space, various roof elevations, a 2-story window wall and particular power challenges to coordinate with the local authorities.

Description: This non-profit organization provides training and empowerment, enabling access to clean water for people around the globe. As their work grew and expanded, they moved to a larger space that needed significant updates and renovations. We worked within the owner’s budget to provide a multi-phase design plan. The plan included creative solutions to address the building’s unique requirements to renovate existing offices, addition of new office spaces to existing warehouse space, and providing MEP service to the lab and training areas.
