Description: This hotel is similar to many that we do, in that there are corporate requirements, local codes, site limitations and owner preferences to consider to arrive at the final design. Communication and collaboration with all involved parties was key in reaching a consensus that met all the criteria.
Marriott Hotel
Location: Louisville, KY
Type: Renovation
Description: This hotel included a major renovation to the 1st floor with raised ceiling heights, requiring a compact HVAC, and coordinated lighting design. The HVAC design includes linear slot diffusers in conference, lobby, and atrium areas.
