Description: This stick-frame building required some creative design to find appropriate space for the mechanical equipment. The mezzanine level was used for the split systems with fresh air brought in through the cupola features on the roof that fit with the building aestetic.

Jim Beam - Palletizing AREA air conditioning

Type: Design-Build Renovation
Description: This warehouse space takes boxes, loads them onto pallets, and then into box trucks. Adding air-conditioning to this space allowed all exterior doors to be closed while keeping the occupants comfortable and the cardboard boxes from warping. As a design-build project, we worked with the contractor to provide a system that connected to the existing steam heat loop in the plant and worked around all of the existing structure and equipment in the building.
